Rebecca Dupas is the host and producer for One Mic. Rebecca is a poet first, who brings the truth when she speaks. Rebecca's mother and sister introduced her to poetry and continue to encourage her talent to this day. With One Mic she will share her love of poetry with the world. Rebecca is a native of Louisiana and a graduate of Towson University. Rebecca made Baltimore her home in 2000 and has been performing in the city's open mic venues for five years. Rebecca released her first solo-album "The Introduction" in March 2005 and is currently working to release her next project.

Marcus J. Carey has been a creative soul ever since he can remember. As a child he was the kid that broke everything and put it back together. Being creative and smart is something he considers as a blessing. After writing several feature length screenplays and television show treatments, he decided the only way to ensure they didn't go to waste is to do it the old fashion way, "Yourself!."
Welcome to a new style of
entertainment! Marcus is near completion of directing and
producing his first feature film "Urge", which he also wrote.
With "One Mic" Marcus is bringing his creativity to the small

poet and artist is the founder and CEO of Poetology, LLC.
Through Poetology Tif has managed, directed, promoted, produced,
and published productions, shows, artists, CD's, books,
political campaigns, etc., covering over 40 states and several
countries and continents. Poetology has been represented through major media outlets including, HBO, VH1, MTV, USA Today, Washington Post, The Baltimore Sun, and The Philadelphia Inquirer. |

Kimelia Weathers is a
producer for A Great Imagination Filmworks. Kimelia began her acting career as a teenager appearing in several local theatre productions before branching out into film and television. She has received training in drama, improvisation and commercial acting. Kimelia received a BA in Communication and a Citation in Spanish Language and Literatures from the University of Maryland at College Park. Kimelia served as Producer for A Great Imagination Filmworks' feature film Urge. |

Jameel Saleem is V.P.
and a director for A Great Imagination Filmworks. After a pending record deal fell thru, rapper/actor/director Jameel Saleem decided to explore his love of directing and acting full time. He had already studied method acting for two years, and been hitting the audition circuit off and on. Jameel has landed principle roles on HBO's "The Wire", The Discovery Channel's "FBI Files", and Fox's "America's Most Wanted. Jameel served as Assistant Director in A Great Imagination Filmworks' feature film Urge. |
